The Conscious Energy Clearing Method® Terms + Licensing Agreement

Introduction

The purpose of our training programme, “The Conscious Energy Clearing Method®,” is to train you to become a certified practitioner. This Agreement outlines the rights and responsibilities for using our methods and materials in your practice once you have successfully completed the programme.

Grant of Benefits

Upon payment of the required fees, you’ll gain access to our exclusive materials and resources (the “Works”) for use in your practice. Successful completion of the programme allows you to promote yourself as a certified practitioner under our brand and to utilise the Works to serve clients and host workshops or introductory events.

Conditions of Use

You are authorised to use these materials for:

  • Serving clients directly
  • Hosting events to promote your services

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Repurpose or use the Works to create your own training programmes
  • Use the Works to train others in our methods without permission
  • Share or sell the Works outside of your licensed use
  • Claim the Works as your own methods or materials

However, you may refer potential interested parties to us and may receive a reward for successful referrals.

Use of the Works

The Works are protected by copyright, and we reserve all rights. You may only use the Works as specified, with the following limitations:

  • Do not modify, republish, or pass the Works off as your own.
  • Do not use our trademarks without written permission.
  • Ensure your use aligns with our values and does not harm our brand’s reputation.

No Warranties

We provide the Works without any guarantee of business growth or specific results. Success depends on your efforts in implementing what you learn. Although we may occasionally offer client referrals, we have no obligation to generate business for you.

Other Activities

You are free to engage in other businesses as long as:

  • They do not conflict with this Agreement
  • They do not compete with or harm our brand

Additionally, during the term of the agreement and up to 12 months afterwards, you may not solicit or sell training services to our clients.

Access to Licensee Area

Upon certification, you will have access to the Licensee Area on our website, which includes a resource library. You will also get access to ongoing support and supervision through live sessions and a private Facebook Group. This access is solely for you; sharing access or passwords with others is prohibited.

Licensee Responsibilities

As a Licensee, you agree to:

  • Serve clients with care and promote our brand’s integrity
  • Adhere to agreed service schedules and standards
  • Promptly inform us of any client complaints or concerns

If you are not actively practising, we may review your status as a practitioner.

We may also promote your services by listing your profile on our website, with your consent.

Professional Development and Monitoring

We may invite you to complete further training periodically to keep up with updates to the Works. Reviews of your delivery may also be requested for quality assurance. If needed, we will work with you to ensure you meet the standards required of our Licensees.

Fees

  • The training fee, a licence fee and ongoing support and supervision apply.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except within the 14 days if either party decides to cancel.

Breach of Terms

If there is a breach of this Agreement, we will notify you and allow time to correct it. If uncorrected, we may terminate the Agreement.

Duration and Termination

This Agreement continues indefinitely until either party terminates it. You may terminate your license once you have graduated with 30 days' notice. Termination ends your rights to use or promote the Works.

Liability

We are not liable for any indirect loss, business interruptions, or damages arising from use of the Works.

Costs

Each party bears its own costs for this Agreement, and you are responsible for all costs related to practising as a Licensee.

Insurance

You must maintain professional indemnity and public liability insurance as needed for your practice.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to mediation before pursuing any other actions.
